Listen to 1 Timothy Chapter 6
or read "The Love of Money"

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.

I continue to be challenged by this verse and the realization that in this world I am rich. This command is for me. Why hasn't this changed how I live, how I spend, how I give?

I pray that it will.
